Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have within 14 days after receiving your item (s) to request a return.

Any item (s) returned must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the item (s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via Instagram DM or email plushedldn@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive faulty items, you may have a right to return these items and to ask us to repair or replace them, or get a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, footwear, pyjamas and loungewear that have been worn and/or with removed or damaged hygiene seals or tags will not be accepted for returns, or refunds.

We have a self-serve returns system, with a £5 flat rate return shipping fee. To start a return, go to the top Menu, “Log In” to your account, view your order, select the item (s) you wish to return, select the reason (s) why, and then request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

All items are inspected on return. We will not refund returned items that show any signs of having been worn or washed, including where the items have been stained, marked or otherwise damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie or accessories. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer an exchanges service. The fastest way to ensure you get the item (s) you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
