📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 weeks, since the majority of our items are made to order. UK shipping typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we currently only ship to the UK.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive order status updates via email. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll also receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your parcel. You can also track the status of your order by heading to the Main Menu, ‘Log In’ to your account and view your order (s).
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please cancel your order and place a new order with the correct shipping address, or alternatively contact us at plushedldn@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram, so we can cancel your order on your behalf.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive or is lost?
If your parcel seems to have gone MIA, contact us with your order number. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
👚 Product & Sizing
What’s the best way to wash my items?
We recommend hand-washing your items in cold water and air drying to keep them looking their plushest. Machine wash on a gentle cycle only if absolutely needed—always check the label for care instructions.
Are your items true to size?
Yes, our items generally fit true to size, but we always recommend checking our size guide for the perfect fit, especially for fitted or stretchy styles.
What materials are your items made from?
Each piece is crafted with love from soft, quality fabrics such as; faux fur, knitted fabric, polyamide, polyester, elastane, woollen yarn, fluff, flannelette, acrylic, PVC and EVA. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Do you offer a size guide?
Yes! You can find our size guides listed on each product page. If you're in between sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out for personalised sizing advice.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our pieces feature hand-glued plush detailing for that extra touch of care. Some of our crochet additions are hand crocheted. We're all about wearable art that feels as unique as you are.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item for a different colour or size?
We do not currently offer an exchanges service. The fastest way to ensure you get the item (s) you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What’s your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have within 14 days after receiving your item (s) to request a return.
Any item (s) returned must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the item (s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, footwear, pyjamas and loungewear that have been worn and/or with removed or damaged hygiene seals or tags will not be accepted for returns, or refunds.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie or accessories.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We have a self-serve returns system, with a £5 flat rate return shipping fee. To start a return, go to the top Menu, “Log In” to your account, view your order, select the item (s) you wish to return, select the reason (s) why, and then request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. All items are inspected upon return.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double check sizing before purchasing.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you offer student or influencer discounts?
We do from time to time! Keep an eye on our socials or subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers.
I forgot to apply my discount code—can it still be added?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to help, though we can’t always guarantee it.
